I work using person-centered approach which is based on a positive view of the human being and emphasizes an authentic and empathetic therapeutic relationship. Through an interactive method, you will discover a safe and judgment free space where you can explore your feelings and reconnect with your growth potential, thereby fostering a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Individual counselling for adults, adolescents (16+), couples and families when confronted with : depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, relational difficulties, lack of self-confidence, existential issues (death, meaninglessness, isolation, and freedom), understanding and coping better with emotions, support for parenthood and the perinatal period, support during serious illnesses (also for carers) and bereavement.
