Hello,

I am a clinical psychologist, member of the Belgian Commission of Psychologists and in training for integrative and processual psychotherapy at UCLouvain. I perfected my English during a gap year in the United States of America and keep practicing regularly.

I offer support to young adults (starting 16 years old) and adults in an safe and non-judgmental setting. Together, we can work on the following challenges:
- Lack of self-confidence
- Emotions and stress management
- Worries
- Depression and dark thoughts
- Dependence / addiction
- Feeling of unease
- Difficulties following a traumatic event
- Difficulties at work and burn-out
