Description

I offer brief therapy, usually consisting of 10 to 15 sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes each.

I mainly work with people struggling with stress and anxiety management, or low self-esteem.
I also work with individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). (Note: what used to be called ADD is now considered a form of ADHD — the hyperactivity may simply be internal.)
Occasionally, I also support gifted individuals who find it difficult to cope with the expectations that come with a high IQ, whether these expectations come from themselves or their surroundings.

Unfortunately, there’s no off switch for our minds. The constant flow of thoughts and information can sometimes feel overwhelming — and we struggle to keep up.

The good news? There are strategies and tools to help manage that. And I’m here to support you in finding what works best for you.

I work in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and also offer online sessions.
