I'm specialized in clinical psychology with a systemic orientation which means that I focus on the patient from an individual point of view but also on the systems / relationships in which he fits. When it's needed, I take inspiration from other orientations to best meet the needs of my patient.

I take care of teenagers and adults. My consultation can be done in individual, in couple or/and in family.

The issues for which you feel the need to share, to be listened to and helped can be diverse:
- Anxiety, phobia.
- Eating disorder.
- Professional or school difficulties.
- Family or couple difficulties.
- Depression, burnout.
- Mourning, separation.
- Addiction to substances or games
- …

My goal is to work together to understand the origin of your(s) difficultie(s), to explore everything you bring during the session, to identify your ressources and progressively try to find solutions.

Note

The duration of one session is 1 hour.
